We ship to all major islands across the Bahamas.All local orders are shipped via MV Island Link, a trusted inter-island freight service. Delivery or pickup options may be arranged depending on your location—just reach out and we’ll be happy to assist!

• Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped (where available).

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the originalpackaging.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged ordefective.

• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or store

credit.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping) or exchange as requested. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

At Crafty Creator, every order is crafted with love and care—often made-to-order or personalized just for you. Because of the time and materials that go into each piece, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, we may have already started crafting or preparing your order. In this case, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and may be subject to a partial refund depending on the stage of production.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• If you need to make changes to a personalized order, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate if crafting has not yet started.
